If you have mobility issues we'd love to hear from you in advance to ensure you are allocated to the most convenient village for you.  You can add a note on your booking form or call us at the office on 0845 644 7721. 

Please note that RIVERcamp is held in fields which undulate and include slopes.  There are some stone roads but no tarmac roads around the site. 

If you have been to RIVERcamp before, we would love to get feedback from you if you can think of any ways we could easily improve accessibility at our events.  We're really keen to improve the experience of everyone who comes on site and make improvements each year.  Do let us know how you got on.  We can’t guarantee to meet everyone’s need but we will listen and see how we can assist.

Aid and guide Dogs are allowed on site and in venues.  Stewards are able to assist at venue entrance and exits.  We are considering  the availability of sign language interpretations of our main meetings.  If you would like this service then drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.  If you are bringing a child who requires an interpreter in kids or youth sessions, you will need to provide them yourselves and book them into the event.
