It's good to know what to expect when you book and what to do if you need to make changes once you have booked! This page outlines generally what will happen from when you make a payment, to the day you arrive on site. If you have any questions, get in touch!
Have you been before?
Even if you’ve come to RIVERcamp before, we have made some changes to the booking and confirmation process so please read the following information.
All online booking confirmations and arrival information will be sent by email so it is vital that you include accurate email contact details. For bookings made by 30 June 2010, we will send your wristbands via the post in July 2010.
Confirmation
If you book online you will receive an immediate email confirmation of booking otherwise we aim to issue this within 21 days of receiving your booking and usually within 7 days.
Additional Delegates
You can add additional delegates by quoting your reference number in any additional bookings. When a booking is created you specify a main contact who will receive all the booking information, so please make sure all additional delegates book through the main contact, stating their name and unique booking reference number. The easiest way to do this is on the booking system.
