RIVERcamp History
RIVERcamp commenced in 2002 out of a desire to provide a family camp where time can be taken to seek after God in worship, teaching and ministry. It provides a safe place for people to relax in God's presence, as well as have fun and spend time with other Christians.
Born out of a vision by some of Elim's leaders, RIVERcamp is overseen by the Metropolitan West region of the Elim Pentecostal Church. Though organised by Elim, it is not a denominational event and sees many coming from different streams of the church, both in the UK and Europe.
Each year the camp has grown from just over a hundred people in 2002 and is hosted at Lenchwood Christian Centre, Ab Lench, Evesham.
