Camping

tents Most people stay on site in our tent villages across the site. These are collections of tents allocated by the town and postcode of your church or group. To be placed in the same area of the campsite, make sure you put the same town and church details on your booking. If your group or a friend has already booked, ask them for the details they used. If you are coming as several groups from different parts of the country and are looking to be in the same campsite area, please contact the RIVERcamp Office with your details. The booking deadline for requests to be in the same location of the site is 31 July 2012.

Caravan and Campervans

Some people bring a caravan or campervan to RIVERcamp. There are a fixed number of electrical hook ups available for purchase, if booked by 31 July 2012. Please note you won't have 24 hour access to electricity because when we shut doen the generators at night enabling you to sleep, the power goes off as well!

Please note than caravans and campervans may not always be positioned next to the tents from the same group due to available space, but we'll try our best to accommodate you. If we fail, please continue to love us and enjoy the little extra walk around the site. You're friends won't be too far away.

Tent and Caravan Hire

Although some of us love the idea of living under the starry night sky for a few days, you might not own a tent, know how to put one up or would just prefer a caravan! There are companies that hire them so try Googling them. If you want to hire a caravan, you might also want to check out the Caravan Club website for information and suppliers.

Please note that RIVERcamp does not hire caravans or tents, though you are free to make your own arrangements with suppliers. Any such agreement and costs will be between yourself and the supplier. If you arrange to have one delivered onsite, you will need to confirm the details with the RIVERcamp Office by 31 July 2012. They will need to know your RIVERcamp booking reference number, the caravan hire company's name, address, phone number and any reference number/name regarding your hire with them.

Off Site Accommodation

If you want to stay offsite, there are a variety of Local Bed and Breakfasts, hotels, etc in the locality. Here are some useful links to help your search, but please note that we are endorsing or recommending any of this accommodation to you. We don't not supply a list of accommodation details as you will find them in the following websites.
