Book Online!
Our online booking system is the simplest and quickest way to book places for yourself, family, group and church. Using the system is straight forward and also provides family bookings with a discount. To book your place, full payment is required at the time of booking.
You can book any number of your party into RIVERcamp 2012 and add additional members later by quoting the booking reference number we provide in your confirmation notification.
The Booking Process
It's good to know what to expect when you book and what to do if you need to make changes once you have booked! This page outlines generally what will happen from when you make a payment, to the day you arrive on site. If you have any questions, get in touch!
We continue to delevop the booking system, so you are likely to find some changes to the booking and confirmation process compared to last year. Therefore, you will want to read the following information.
Booking Confirmation
If you book online you will receive an immediate email confirmation of booking. Otherwise we aim to issue this confirmation within 21 days of receiving your postal booking and usually within 7 days.
Additional Delegates
Please contact the River Camp office to add additional delegates and make sure you have your reference number to do this.
When a booking is created you specify a main contact who will receive all the booking information, so please make sure all additional delegates book through the main contact, stating their name and unique booking reference number.
Camping with Friends from a different Church
If you want to camp with friends from a different church, the easiest way to do this is to select their church as your church when you make the booking. That way we’ll group you together in the same area of the camp. If you don’t we cannot guarantee that your church and theirs will be camped together.
